About the event
Our modern lifestyles have us looking down a lot, causing neck and back issues and affecting posture. In this series of weekly classes, you will learn simple stretches and yoga poses to counteract the "hunching" and promote a healthy back. You can continue to do these exercises on your own, long after the series has ended to maintain your progress. You'll also receive tips and healthy habits to help prevent neck and back issues before they happen. Classes will be recorded and replays will be available for a limited time.
Class dates: October 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th from 10AM-11AM ET. Your ticket includes all 4 classes in the series.
Recommended equipment: yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, 1 yoga strap (or a very long belt or scarf), a towel and a tennis ball.
